VICTORIA KRUSE, J&C's vice president and a licensed insurance broker
since 2001 and notary public since 1999, originally managed a statewide
contractors' school and continually reviews CSLB publications and meeting notes
for upcoming changes to contractors' licensing requirements.

JONATHAN CORBETT, MBA, a licensed insurance broker, life agent, general
building contractor, and certified mediator, remains as a consultant to our
agency and offers mediation services to our clients who want to avoid costly
lawsuits and quickly settle disputes with property owners, suppliers, and other
