Statement: Our insurance agency is committed to protecting private, personal information provided by consumers applying for surety bonds and insurance policies

Our Sources of Personal Information: We obtain information about you
from : (1) Applications and other forms that you complete and return to us containing personal data such as your Social Security number; (2) Records that we maintain of our prior transactions with you; (3) Records received from insurance companies relating to such matters as your payment history, credit reports, and claims; (4) Public records maintained by government agencies like the Contractors' State License Board.

Our Use of Your Personal Information: We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law. We may share your personal information with insurance companies, their managing agents, intermediate brokers, or others who can assist us with transactions such as obtaining a license bond or insurance policy for you.

Insurance Companies: The insurance companies with whom we place your surety bond and insurance coverages may possess additional personal information about you and have privacy practices different from ours. Please contact your insurance carrier directly if you have questions.

How We Protect Your Personal Information: We do not sell any information about you to other individuals or firms. Your personal information is limited to employees who have a legitimate business reason for such access.

Your Medical Information: Our agency does not presently deal with insurance products or claims that require us to collect or share client medical information. If we ever do deal with such products or claims, any personally identifiable medical information would be used solely for placing your policy with an insurance company or as otherwise disclosed to you when the information is requested by us.
